1. Warm Welcome and Check-In

When you arrive, our team will help your family get settled and review your child’s completed patient information and medical history forms.

2. X-Rays and Oral Health Review

If appropriate for your child’s age and needs, we will take gentle X-rays to help us evaluate their teeth, jaw development, and oral health.

3. Exam With the Pediatric Dentist

The doctor will meet with you and your child, review any X-rays, check their teeth and gums, and discuss findings in a clear, parent-friendly way.

4. Personalized Care Plan and Questions

We will talk through any recommendations, answer your questions, and help you understand next steps to keep your child’s smile healthy.

Complete Your Child’s Patient Forms Before Your Appointment

To help your child’s visit go smoothly, we ask families to complete the patient information form before arriving at the office. Submitting forms ahead of time helps us prepare for your child’s needs, reduce check-in time, and make your appointment faster and more comfortable. If you are unable to complete the forms before your child’s appointment, this can be done in the office as well.
